nu-tility was formed in 2014 to bring institutional discipline to behind the meter energy infrastructure. Every engagement begins with a capital aware view of the asset, the offtake structure, and the long term value the system creates for the owner or tenant. We think in terms of portfolios, hold periods, and risk adjusted returns, not just panels on a roof.

That perspective extends across all three pillars of our business. We design and build commercial and industrial solar and battery systems, advise on utility scale projects, and originate, fund, and manage structured Power Purchase Agreements through the nu-tility BTM Fund 1.

Behind the meter solar and battery energy storage systems from 20kW through to 1MW and beyond. Single sites and national portfolio rollouts, delivered through our subcontractor network across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, the ACT, and the NT.

Power Purchase Agreements and the nu-tility BTM Fund 1

Off balance sheet electricity supply, funded through dedicated capital under the nu-tility BTM Fund 1. We finance, install, and operate the asset for an agreed term, and supply electricity to the client at a contracted rate.

Utility scale advisory

Structured advisory for developers, asset owners, and institutional investors on utility scale solar and BESS projects. Mandates span capital structuring, connection pathway management, and offtake origination.
